Phew, this plate took alot of work!
Starts out with the tri-colored chocolate mousse.
Dark, Milk, and Dirty White chocolate were used to create the layers of mousse which is topped off in a dark chocolate ganache with white chocolate designs ontop.

It sits ontop of a Chocolate Sablee disk.
Next to the disk is whipped cream piped into a shell design with fresh fruit covering it.

The plate is designed with Dark, Milk, and White chocolate swirls. Raspberry coulis, Hot fudge sauce, and sour cream sauce fill some of the circles on the plate.

A chocolate ciggerate tops of the peice.

Tri Colored Chocolate Mousse by *snocookie05. The suggester wrote, "This is a piece with an insanely intricate design. Using a pen and paper to design a master-piece is one thing, but using food is another. This piece took 6 hours to complete, not including freezer time." Absolutely a must-see in fullview! Thanks -- it is really good, really really rich though... you can't eat too much of that without getting a tummy ache ^^;

Wow! That is beautiful! I'm not a culinary anything (although i would like to be...kinda...lol) and I LOVE THIS! I can tell you put a lot of work into this ;)

This plate probably took around 6 hours to do. That's not including time it was in the freezer and the time I was working on other things like the lava cake I also posted.
